Green Smoothie Recipe

I want to share a great Green Smoothie Recipe from Betty Sue O’Brian’s book, Going Green the Smoothie Way.


1/4 papaya or 1/4 cup seeded cherries

2 handfuls organic collards or other greens

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

1 1/2 to 2 cups water

Pinch of stevia, if desired

Blend with 1 teaspoon flaxseed and a few ice cubes


This Green Smoothie Recipe is great for kidneys, bladder and adrenals.
